How many times per week are packages shipped?

Packages are shipped 4 times per week; four times via Air and once via Sea. Shipments are usually cleared on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

When are knutsford drop-offs done?

Knutsford drop-offs are done on Wednesdays. The drop-off is done free of charge, however, you will need to pay any other associated costs to Knutsford once you are picking up the item.

How do I pay for my package?

You are able to make your payment via Bank Transfer, Cash or Lynk Transfer.

Why do I have to upload an invoice?

We are required to declare the contents and value of each package entering Jamaica through our service. If you do not provide an invoice, this may lead to delays at customs, and there’s a possibility that the customs office will inspect the shipment and assign a higher value.

What rate will I pay if my package's weight falls between weight categories?

Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be charged at the next available rate up. E.g. A package weighing 2.5 lbs will be charged at the 3 lbs rate.

How would I receive my package?

You can pick up your package for free at our Half-Way-Tree pickup location.

Alternatively, you can schedule a delivery to your preferred location, with the applicable bearer fees being your responsibility. To arrange a delivery, simply request it through our website, email, or WhatsApp line.

When should payments be made?

Once the packages are cleared and ready for delivery, an invoice will be generated and emailed to customers at which point payment will be made. The proof of payment can be sent via email or WhatsApp. An email or message acknowledging receipt will be sent.

How are unclaimed packages treated?

These packages will attract a storage fee of JMD 100 per day after 10 days. If the packages are still uncollected after 20 days, they will be sold/auctioned to recover expenses that would have been incurred to ship, clear, and store them.
Please note: Customers who pay for their packages and do not pick up/request a delivery at the same time, will not be charged the storage fee.*

When will I get charged Customs fees on my package?

A customs fee is applied to packages that exceed the $100 USD limit. To avoid this charge, please make sure the total value of your package stays under $100 USD.

I have 5 packages ready. Do I have to collect everything at once?

All packages must be collected at once. Please note that we follow a “First In, First Out” policy, which means you cannot pick up only the most recent package and leave the earlier ones behind.
