Here’s how you can redeem your points:

10 Points: Redeem for 1lb off [Future Shipment]
20 Points: Redeem for 2lbs off [Future Shipment]
30 Points: Redeem for 3lbs off [Future Shipment]
40 Points: Redeem for 4lbs off [Future Shipment]
50 Points: Redeem for 5lbs off [Future Shipment]

Note: The maximum redemption limit is 50 points, equivalent to 5 lbs off future shipment.

Priority Shipping JA Points Redemption Terms and Conditions

• Redemption Rate: Customers can redeem 100 points for every 1 lb. reduction in the package weight on qualifying packages.

• Eligibility: Points can only be redeemed on packages weighing 5 lbs or more.

• Maximum Redemption: A maximum of 50 points may be redeemed per invoice (equivalent to a 5 lb reduction).

• Weight Deduction Only: Points redeemed will reduce the total package weight but will not reduce the total cash value of the invoice.

• Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes and processing fees must still be paid. These fees will be calculated based on the package’s original entry weight and cost, not the adjusted weight after point redemption.

• Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Changes to Policy: Priority Shipping JA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points redemption program at any time.
